The Drumming Man-My Recent Feelings of Overwhelm/ Huge

Thank you so much for listening I have just recently experienced huge overwhelm something I haven’t felt for many years. It involved a discussion with another person and for some reason I felt this huge anger rise up in me and before I knew it it was bellowing out, there was no containing it, I projected it onto the other person which is not ideal . Due to the shamanic Healing I offer and other modalities I know how to heal. My hard emotion huge anger that came up indicated to me there is a trauma or childhood experince thats showing itself. when I say trauma many of you may not resonate with that description, so for clarity it means a child hood experience that can be any age up to 7 years old ,. What I am pointing to is we may have experienced anger form parents siblings carers or vicars even , they didn’t realise they were creating trauma in our system, they could have made us feel guilty , shamed, humiliated, let down, abandoned the list goes on. What this does to us is create an inner child experience or a part of the soul gets stuck in time.
