Drum Workshop : We go deeper into the charm and magic of these drums learning how to care for them , connect with them , even know when they are having a day off . If anyone then wants to go and train as a therapist this is the springboard to then go into further training .

Teach how to regulate the nervous system, this helps with Anxiety, Self esteem, sleep patterns , relationships , confidence and how to deal with life’s challenges .
