Lightworkers and Old Souls Whats Happening ?

A lot of us are feeling the chaos thats happening in our lives right now are you one of them if you are a Light workers or Old Soul you will know what I am refering too

We are moving into a new energy everything is changing and there is a lot of stuff bubbling up to the surface .
You know what that stuff is it’s dark energy and it’s been going on for a long time , some if for hundreds of years and its beginning to surface as the consciousness of the planet rises, in other words the light is winning. In other words its always been there and we just didn’t see it.

We have conflict around the world as well this also affects our economic situation fuel increases and food increases.
There is a lot of talk of open contact in the next 5 years or so

what ma I trying to convey in a message here , is I want to invite you to hold fast light workers and old souls maybe you are feeling all this chaos for the first time.
Don’t let the fear pull you in.

I also notice some well meaning spiritual people are sharing what the new energy may look like and some of what I hear can cause fear for many as well.

If you do get pulled in allow the fear ro be there embrace it and feel into it allow it to flow through and not hijack you .
The consciousness is rising the process of change has begun
