The Rabbit Came With a Message… Are You Listening?
Have you ever had an animal appear in your life and somehow felt there was a deeper meaning behind it?
Not just a coincidence…
But almost as though nature is trying to get your attention.

Today, I want to talk about the rabbit.
Because when I look at the energy and symbolism of the rabbit, there are some really interesting messages here around abundance, intuition, trust and gentleness.
And I wonder if some of this might resonate with you.
The rabbit is incredibly intuitive.
It’s constantly aware of what’s happening around it.
It listens.
It feels.
It senses danger.
And when it needs to move, it doesn’t hang around questioning itself.
It moves.
And I think there’s something really powerful in that for us.
Sometimes our intuition tells us something isn’t quite right.
Maybe it’s a person.
Maybe it’s an experience.
Maybe it’s a situation that just doesn’t feel in alignment with who we are.
And yet, what do we sometimes do?
We override that feeling.
We start thinking about it.
We rationalise it.
We tell ourselves we’re probably imagining things.
But perhaps the rabbit is reminding us:
Trust what you feel.
Your intuition can be incredibly powerful when you actually listen to it.
And awareness heightens our senses.
It allows us to notice the little things.
The things that perhaps our mind would normally overlook.
Sometimes that awareness tells us it’s time to move out of the way.
And sometimes we need to move quickly.
Not necessarily because something terrible is going to happen…
But simply because something isn’t right for us.
And I think there’s another part of this message that’s really important.
Not everyone who is nice to your face is necessarily being completely truthful with you.
Sometimes people can say all the right things, while something underneath doesn’t quite feel right.
Again, I’m not saying we should become suspicious of everybody.
Quite the opposite.
I’m saying stay aware.
Feel into situations.
Listen to your intuition.
And trust yourself enough to recognise when something doesn’t serve you.
But the rabbit doesn’t only bring a message about awareness and protection.
There is another side to this beautiful energy.
Gentleness.
Love.
Vulnerability.
And I think this is where the message becomes really powerful.
Because sometimes we shut down emotionally.
We protect ourselves.
Perhaps we’ve been hurt.
Perhaps we’ve experienced disappointment.
Perhaps we’ve felt something so deeply that we decided we don’t want to feel it again.
So we build a wall around ourselves.
And that wall might protect us from pain…
But it can also stop love from coming in.
And maybe the rabbit is saying:
It’s safe to be gentle again.
It’s safe to allow yourself to feel.
It’s safe to let your loving side come forward.
Trust your journey.
There may be times when you need to protect yourself.
And there may also come a time when you realise you don’t need the armour anymore.
And that’s when you can begin to let go.
To feel.
To love.
And to allow yourself to receive.
And this message about love is particularly interesting to me because of something that happened recently.
I’ve just attended the Mind Body Spirit Event in Mansfield, organised by @crystalspiritevents.
I had a trade stand there, and people came along and experienced sessions with me.
And something really beautiful happened.
There was a recurring theme around love.
People were experiencing love coming through.
There were messages around love.
And during my free intuitive shamanic drumming demonstrations, the majority of people who attended went into a very deep, relaxed experience.
A really grounding experience.
And as I sat there with my drums, I could feel that something much deeper was happening.
It felt as though the drums were facilitating an enormous amount of loving energy.
And honestly…
It brought me to tears.
Because this huge feeling of love seemed to come through and almost engulf the room.
And that’s when I started thinking about this message of the rabbit.
Because perhaps we’re sometimes looking for abundance in all the wrong places.
When we hear the word abundance, our minds often go straight to money.
More possessions.
More success.
A bigger house.
A better car.
More of something.
But abundance doesn’t have to mean material things.
What if abundance can be love?
What if there is already an abundance of love around us…
But we’ve become so busy protecting ourselves, thinking, worrying and trying to control life…
that we don’t always allow ourselves to receive it?
Maybe the rabbit is reminding us to become aware.
To trust our intuition.
To move when we need to move.
To recognise what is and isn’t in integrity with us.
But also…
To soften.
To become gentle.
To allow ourselves to feel.
And most importantly…
to let love in.
