What is Anxiety ?

Many of us today use the term anxiety its like we have given a label to a feeling, however the feeling is different for all of us.

The short answer to the question is Anxiety is an emotion created by a limiting belief. Lets dive deeper but before we do a quick introduction

Anxiety usually has other emotional allies such as panic, sadness , anger, stress, feeling low maybe even depressed we all experience these unpleasant emotions many times during a week or even a day.

What are these limiting beliefs that create these emotions well let’s start with the word e-m-otion in other words energy in motion so these feelings are an energy in motion the limiting beliefs we carry cause an energy to move. Its our systems way of letting us know that something is out of balance.

Limiting beliefs are created when we are in our early life these are conditioned feelings that we have suppressed.
For instance your parents may not have given you any attention unless you performed something well they expected you to achieve to a their standard and if you didn’t there was a lot of criticism. I remember my school report always used to say “could do better “ my parents would then reinforce that I wasn’t doing things well enough so here we have a condition belief of “not good enough “ “not worthy” and all the different labels we give this that boils down to a conditioning beilef.

Another example that creates the same environment is a chaotic up bringing may be a lot of shouting and moving out of familiar places such as moving home a lot , the family could have been forced to due to finances and there was a lot of talk how we can’t afford this and that , money doesn’t grow on trees and the child then starts to create a limiting belief around finances and money.

These are just some quick examples and I wanted to just help you understand what these limiting beliefs are and also point out as humans we are really good at creating them.

Now heres the interesting bit we CAN let go of these belief’s we are not broken and there is nothing to fix.

There are many ways of working with these beliefs drumming sessions are a great way of shifting and pushing through these beliefs. The energy of the sound connects with your energy remember energy in motion and a shift can start to happen, soul retrieval work on its own or coupled with the drumming is very effective as well.

The one thing I have a full understanding of is we cant do this on our own we need help and guidance
